Coalition Of Pastoral Ethics: What Approaches Exist and Why You Didn't Know They Existed In New Covenant (WIP)
Revised 3/6/2023 1:30pm

We are developing this database of helps and Intel counters too many of the unchecked norms most of the Modern Contemporary movements have been leaving on the Church.

Sweet Morsels of poison, blasphemy and inverted reality are the new gospel that Paul warned us about in the end times. #Subtle #Delusion

1 Timothy 1:13 989. blasphémos reverses spiritual and moral realities

With Hyper-emotional, hypnotic suggestible methods, we are seeing unsuspecting low spiritual IQ followers being misdirected to be told what they are experiencing is God; Most times, becoming numb to spiritual sleep to close up their discerning faculties to embrace false beliefs, watered-down truths and therefore disabled at the beginning from ever questioning or confronting error should someone should covertly introduce it.

"This movement has more to do with the methods which are used and the origins of these changed behaviors, not entirely that we should observe every word as evil- that is the hard part of discernment."

What is the end goal of hyper-emotional pastoral ship in relationship to New Covenant teaching?

The end goal of hyper- emotional leadership is the goal of select "visioneers"  to be able to handle emotions well enough to make good decisions, they can teach you the same things.

This leads to people being attracted to them because they seem to have something special about them. (Emotional followers)

People who follow these leaders often feel inadequate compared to them.

They also attract followers who want to emulate them. (cycles of new movements)

They have no desire to help others because they think it means giving up their power. Its using your lack of insight, wisdom or learning to build its formulations. They want to be the only ones who get to make decisions. The leader wants to be God's mouthpiece. False movements cause people to lose their faith in God. People who accept these movements become (sick or tormented) because they have accepted something that has no basis in truth. They address other commandments like 'communion' with the same ill-fated irreverence.

The end goal of hyper- emotional leaders is to have their followers accept their leadership without question. It also programs the health of the body by causing people to accept these leaders and their teachings without question. (corporate core oppression) In our approach, we observe there are disagreements at times, and we welcome how they can be overcome- it serves the discourse as in a loving way, not muddies it up. If people can't be candid, a red flag it is!

  • CDCS : What we observe as pastors to inspire God's life into a real testimony by laying down all forms of control, false leaders take what 'controls' to exploit how and where a believer should lay down weights and burdens to serve its own interest. Its all reversed. In our case, we want people fulfilled in the promises of God, conformed to Christ's perfect image and living in the witness of the gospel to become part of God's purpose for the church with every part of growth. If people are growing in the presence of God, we hope and pray we present the scriptures to serve that purpose, but we can't take credit for God's achievement.

"Hyper-emotional leaders often strive to control their own emotions, but in doing so, they can become emotionally manipulative. This manipulative behavior can be used to pressure others into doing things they may not want to do. These leaders often have an appeal to authority, causing people to follow them, and leaving those who do not follow feeling guilty. They use emotional tactics to hook, separate, and divide their followers, pressuring them into conformity and using loyalty as a litmus test for spiritual validity. We need to do more to break this cycle and become more aware of the signs of false movements in churches. How can we identify and address emotional manipulation in leadership? How can we encourage healthy emotional expression and leadership? These are important questions that require ongoing reflection and action."

To gain a deeper understanding of societal disparities, it is important to recognize when things are amiss. As a prayer warrior, I have observed crime trends in distant counties and noted that human behavior skyrocketing in one area could be unrelated to other locales. It may be an indication that an issue or conflict is brewing at the heart of another territory, seeking to make its mark and test the limits of its reach. In such situations, false movements may emerge and target those from broken homes or traumatized families who are desperate for support or belonging. These false ministries often exaggerate the pain and struggles of ailing communities, providing only temporary relief without addressing the root cause of the issue. By perpetuating victim-identity in church, they maintain a cycle of dependence without offering any lasting, eternal change. Unfortunately, the church may even capitalize on the pain of these communities, using spiritual tricks to add to its numbers, while failing to truly address the underlying problems. This is a concern highlighted by research conducted by the CDCS.

We need people who can say what they see when they see something wrong - being aware of others and not just ourselves is important. It's not always about us, we should also be thinking about how we can contribute. We need to stop adding so many complications and start learning how to simply love people. We need leaders who will model Christ-like character and take care of the people around them, which means teaching their congregations to do the same.

We need to have an awareness that people who are not healthy will always try to get into our church.  The only way to know if someone is unhealthy is by asking them directly. In this day and age, it is more important than ever to be aware of what is going on in the greater community around us. Our churches are no exception. In fact, it may even be more important for our churches to have an awareness of what is going on in the greater community around us.

If you see someone acting out of character, it’s time to ask questions. We must have an open mind about how God is working in our lives.

  • We need to pray regularly, ask God to help us see his hand in everything that happens around us.
  •  We should seek out people who will challenge us with new ideas.
  • We need mentors who will teach us how to live according to biblical principles.
  • Don’t assume that everyone else has the same beliefs as you.
  • We need to know when we’re being led astray by Satan's devices, distraction, deceptions and traps appearing to be a helpful recommendation at first.
  • We must learn how to discern between true and false prophets. A new narrative is found in the New Covenant how prophecy is handled. Today a ministry is not a continuation of the former. A prophetic narrative today can't find its way into pastoral role or position since a prophet served the subjects under the mosaic, sacrificial system under a priest hood. The Spirit won't allow us to make claims of future implications within the church not pertaining to Christ's fulfillment. Scripture talks about the "spirit of prophecy", not the actual role of prophetic authority over the body as a movement commissioned by God for today. We see the greater abuses of false movements in untrained followers in this area.
  • We must not allow ourselves to become victims of false movements.

(B) How can we uphold ethical practices in Pastoral oversight? How can we form relationships with other leaders that align with Biblical values?

  • Whenever somebody is so presumptuous as to claim that there is only one way for people to do something, they should be aware that they are consciously or unconsciously fooling themselves.
  • In order to make good decisions, you need input from people who will be directly affected by it. All of us need to be able to agree and communicate with each other in order to come up with solutions that benefit all of us.
  • One of the most important ways to foster Church unity is Unity. There are a number of ways to do this, but being focused on Jesus together is one way which is both effective and powerful.
  • We should be honest about our own shortcomings and those of others around us.
  • We should be willing to acknowledge when we make errors in judgement, even if it's not easy.
  • We must fight to maintain an atmosphere where people can speak freely without fear of reprisal.
  • We must seek out opportunities to serve one another and work together.

"In order to uphold ethical practices in Pastoral oversight, it is crucial that we cultivate relationships with other leaders that align with Biblical values. This requires a willingness to engage in open and honest communication, recognize and acknowledge our own shortcomings, and maintain an atmosphere of transparency where individuals can express themselves freely without fear of retribution. By focusing on our shared commitment to Jesus, we can foster a sense of unity and work collaboratively to find solutions that benefit all parties involved. This requires a humble spirit and a willingness to admit when mistakes are made, and to learn from them in order to make better decisions in the future. By working together in this manner, we can ensure that ethical practices are upheld in Pastoral oversight and that our relationships with other leaders are built on a solid foundation of mutual respect and shared values."

"Fostering an environment where individuals can openly and freely communicate without fear of retaliation is key in promoting ethical practices."

(C) Handling of emotions God's way, and leading people away from dependency on our strengths, ability or presentation of unchecked normalcy bias where people accept what they are told?

We must instead cultivate a dependency on God's guidance and strength, recognizing that our abilities are ultimately limited.

Handling our emotions in a way that aligns with God's will is essential in our journey towards organic grass-roots growth and transformation. This means moving away from unchecked normalcy biases, where we blindly accept what we are told without questioning or seeking the truth. It also involves leading others towards this same understanding, encouraging them to seek God's guidance in all things and to avoid relying solely on their own strengths and abilities. Through this, we can cultivate a deeper sense of humility and trust in God, leading to more meaningful and transformative experiences in our lives and relationships.

(D) Opening the door of opportunity what they are hearing could injure them, or mislead them.

  • Always be aware that you can get hurt by listening to others.

  • Be careful when you listen to people who have an agenda.

  • Don’t let yourself be influenced by someone else’s opinion.

  • Listen to your own set of values naturally producing discernment from time spent in prayer rather than leaving it toward a "gut feeling," A gut feeling is not Canon or the touch of God- its a sign you are disturbed- generating a need for us to be fact-based in discovery. Spiritual perception isn't creating a burden of imagined focuses, rather real solutions.

Summary: Exercise caution when opening yourself to the perspectives of others, for what they may convey could have the potential to harm or misdirect you. It is always wise to be vigilant in this regard, particularly when engaging with individuals who may have an ulterior motive. Guard yourself from being swayed by the opinions of others, and instead rely on your own values and convictions, honed through time spent in prayer and contemplation. Do not mistake a visceral reaction for divine guidance, for such a feeling is merely a manifestation of inner disturbance and does not equate to a legitimate spiritual insight. If you call it a "gut feeling," just expect it needs to be a witness over the Word of God He is genuinely inspiring in those values- the reactive aspect is the one that gets us in trouble.

True spiritual perception is not a burden of fanciful speculation, but rather a source of real, practical solutions. Embrace the power of discernment, and firmly anchor yourself in a foundation of fact-based discovery.

 (E) There are things we may outgrow or mature into, but if certain patterns are rooted in dysfunction, they will not be utilized by God to move us forward. It is imperative that we lay these things aside.

The church must confront its issues and seek assistance, not allowing itself to be a sanctuary of sin. A willingness to change is crucial, especially when it comes to overcoming drama among peers, indifference, stagnation, and complacency, 'one man shows'.

  • "We believe struggles with sin will always persist, but superficial reforms or control methods will only fuel that crisis."

Why? "Superficial reforms, vain control methods leave the matter most essential for thriving spiritual life 'unchecked' are giving the crisis more fuel because it gives lack of progress among the body 'a reason to go unchallenged' in their roles and identities where those superficial methods form a contention with God's Word. We see the groundwork for larger scale false movements catalyzed outwardly from inward self-preservation and fear : lack of confidence in the true power and plan of God) Friends, this is the empty confusion we feel in lifeless churches.

(Limiting co-factors instead of a single approach, over-extending in processes, reaching too far in a ungrounded or unfounded premise that leads to lofty methodologies not birthed from heart of God)

  • "Collaborative and affirmative prayer, with active participation from the Eldership, is an imperative aspect of spiritual fortification."
  • "Transparent communication is crucial, especially when it comes to the finances of the church."
  • Members should have access to financial information and churches should exercise responsible stewardship of resources. The use of debt to fund ministry is discouraged."

Summary: There are certain experiences and behaviors that we outgrow or progress towards as we mature, however, when patterns of dysfunction persist, they are not in alignment with God's plan to guide us forward. It is therefore imperative that we lay these negative traits aside. The church must be forthright in acknowledging its problems and seek the necessary help to overcome them, striving to not become a haven for sin. To achieve growth and renewal, the church must possess a willingness to change, especially in regards to combating drama among peers, apathy, stagnation, and complacency because those are symptoms of a drawing away from the fullness and provision of Christ's presence in the church." Ethics, either of leadership withdrawing, misrepresenting the gifts or spiritual authority, is founded on the openness, transparency, and integrity of information- and our presentation of that information in a spirit of love and power.

What might cause us to lose sight of our shared partnership to lead in accurate truth and powerful witness in Gospel leadership? The danger lies in getting people so deluded and under a programmed release of euphoria that they relinquish their God-given red flag responses to spiritual forces and works of deception in the last days. If our clergy and spokespersons for God fall into these last days' traps of compromise and false manipulation of the presence of God, we will see the great falling away appear, and we will digress further into spiritual apathy and deadness. This will become the standard of the apostate church, imposing a stencil for traditional churches struggling to pay rent. They will submit and accept a false move of God and be given executive privileges to manage finances at the cost of losing control as elders over matters of Biblical integrity and real oversight of the flock. People may not challenge any influence or environment that is now under demonic infiltration because it is not based on truth but on emotional experiences and interpretations.

To address these violations of spiritual rights, we are establishing a coalition of Pastoral Ethics to plan a list of assured boundaries and reclaim the trust of the Church, which is already under heavy subversion and great controversy! As Paul instructed Timothy, we are not to neglect our most essential gift of 'prophecy,' which was imparted by the elders and embodies the founding values of our Gospel Canon: given our current state of relative truth and delusion, where everyone believes they are right in their own eyes, the truest interpretation of Paul's plea to Timothy was never to support the misconduct of the Spirit of grace in the seductive denominations that distort the gifts of God. Instead, that charge now represents the most hopeful plea to purify us.

We fast with a heart pulse from the Holy Spirit that we are to hold a righteous fear as we "Build up ourselves in our most Holy Faith, Praying in the Holy Ghost and keeping ourselves in the love of God... Jude is laying out for leaders, pastors, and trainers 3 things in this verse.

As we prepare for Him that is returning to His Church one last time.

We recommend these pointers.

A. Why is being mindful of Gospel foundations preserved and protected from abuse, distortion, or corrupted control from outside influences, constructively willing to building up aid for the individual?

  • Preserving the church's testimony is vital to our ability to build up authentic help for the human race. If there were no testimonies about Christ, then we could not know Him. The Church's testimony is not just a matter of doctrine or belief but also an ethical practice.

  •  The Bible was written by men who were inspired by God and whose writings are therefore true and accurate reflections of His Word, not just their own opinions or interpretations. And because the Lord Jesus Christ Himself said that He came to fulfill the Law (John 5:17). Therefore, if you read any part of the Bible carefully without bias, you will find that it accurately reflects what God says about Him and how He wants us to live in our lives.

B. Why is our Empowerment, demonstration of Gifts, bringing us in to anointing in the administration of passionate prayer to protect us from false identities?

1. False Identities are those things you put on yourself that make you feel good about who you think you are. These false identifications create self-limiting beliefs that limit what God can do through you. When we get into this place of false identification, we become slaves to those thoughts. We begin to believe them over the Truth of Jesus Christ. 2. Because there are many people out there who are trying to get you to believe that they are someone else or something else. They want to use their identity against you. And if you don't know them well enough to recognize their true character, then you're going to be taken advantage of. You'll give away your power, and they will take advantage of you. So, when you pray for protection, you're praying for yourself to accept the realties- to land on even keel.

C. Our living Ministry to present the heart of God in our motivation, countenance, and demeanor. To commend and empower others with proven truth that is walked out of a living biblical reality.

Taking an empowered position against apostate subversion requires a living mandate of Spirit-produced discernment and commitment to personal vision In New Covenant Relationship and understanding 'false identities' acting like an advocate for the truth that possesses a contrary spirit that contradicts the actual voice of truth in the Person of Christ.

The Spirit Of God, in unity with the role of Christ's ministry, in confirmation of the Father's timely fulfillment of His Promise, confirmed that testimony of resurrection life to the Church as a personal agreement to those genuinely converted, broken, and yielded to His ordained Vision of New Covenant

Next: Evangelism is a first step transitional act. Discipleship is what you are left with as custodial leadership.

Firstly, we need to develop a plan to provide operational structure, life skills, and accountability as a focused effort to prevent new believers from falling off the map and failing to be grounded in truth and community. Additionally, it is crucial that our leadership traits and delivery style are not predatory, as we weaken our flocks when we project our own misgivings and insecurities onto our audiences, leaving an imbalance in the Word and exposing them to vulnerabilities.

Furthermore, we can observe evil and corrupt forces attacking with great wrath, taking advantage of the sense-numbing effects of a false move of God characterized by false love, false hope, and undermining accusations that seek to flip the basis of Truth. A genuine move of God should be birthed out of a hunger for the heart of God and a proper fear of Him, and it should be applied in the believer's life with a dependence on and inspired personal authority from Christ's anointed position. By maintaining this testimony of agreement, we close the door to compromise, idolatry, and a spirit of fear, allowing our faith to thrive in line with biblical truth.

Our own misgivings and insecurities, which we may unknowingly project onto our audiences, weaken our flocks and create an imbalance in our preaching. This leaves the door open for vulnerabilities that we may have neglected to address within our own hearts.

Additionally, we see corrupt forces at work in a lethargic, false move of God, which numbs our senses and undermines the basis of truth with false love, false hope, and accusations. A genuine move of God is birthed out of a hunger for the heart of God, a proper fear of God, and a place of dependence and personal authority in the believer. By having a relationship with Christ's anointed position, we are promised victory and can dwell in the presence of God within us. This testimony of agreement creates a personal boundary for our faith to thrive in line with Biblical truth, and closes the door to compromise, idolatry, and a spirit of fear. Then by relationship to Christ' anointed position, the promise of victory and dwelling in the presence of God inside of us. This testimony of agreement closes the door to compromise, idolatry, and a spirit of fear when we make it a personal boundary for our faith to thrive in-line with Biblical truth.

What is the believer's greatest threat besides willful Sin and outright rebellion? I.E False movements of emotional interpretation: "Attempting to deny greater portions of scripture via minor ones so that you are deceived in an emotionally derived value system." Gnostic gospels sneak in various sources, not just in scripture, to make way for deviation and a relative 'christ' that suits everyone. This 'open door' is a false balance, not A Spirit produced standard. Congregations are sick, weak, and falling asleep not merely in broken translations of the Bible, but spiritual agendas that are breaking unity with genuine faith and ignoring the Power of God. The practice, unbridled behavior and limited function of the body is the variable sin symptomized by a famine of provisional power a true word can bring, not just because sin exists or is present! Its bad behavior enforced, infused into Christians vernacular when it prays! True leadership will sense what is behind it!

As we seek to build a thriving church model in alignment with God's perfect design and new covenant fulfillment, we must beware of the traps of "forms of godliness." These are the outward trappings of religious practice that may appear to be in line with God's will, but are actually driven by our own efforts and the desires of the flesh.

We must guard against relying on our own strength and striving in our own efforts to create change within the church. True transformation can only come through the power of the Holy Spirit working in and through us.

Keywords: "Forms of godliness, fixes and reforms in the flesh, striving in our own efforts."

The devil only works freely in footholds of unrealized or ignored authority of the believer. and the target is not one ministry or gathering- it's what the source of a certain establishment is unified through, built upon and empowered with- is the main assault! We become stretched too thin to actually invigorate the life of the church if we only focus on the little battles wearing at the lesser focuses of the church getting us distracted because too much emphasis is on things the enemy is attacking that get away from the foundations, rather than the 'momentary.'

In plain terms, It is important to understand that the devil only finds fertile ground to work in where the authority of believers remains unacknowledged or overlooked. The main target of the devil's attack is not a specific ministry or gathering, but rather the source of an establishment's unity, foundation, and empowerment. When we become fixated on the small skirmishes and the peripheral aspects of the church, it distracts us from the foundational issues and saps our provision and vitality. As a result, our focus becomes misaligned and we lose sight of the momentary nature of these distractions, rather than focusing on what truly matters. In our "Trends fail, people fail with them", on the 36 topics of mismanagement of spiritual life, we can see pastoral ethics effect the dynamic, "if a leadership is locked on to the distraction focuses we just highlighted, the rest of the body will in turn. The devil sees the vulnerability and works overdrive to separate, drive down and away, at the core of unity among the individuals- giving birth to efforts God can no longer back or validate as genuine move of God; programs no longer serving Christ's fulfillment; distortions of the image of God He no longer recognizes as His Son, and must then take action to stir people back to the essential purpose of why the church exists in the first place or it will cease to exist.

Leaderships, for the sake of headlines and photo ops forgo the real life of the church in place of hypnotic suggestible methods based on distracting emotions where members are told what they are hearing is a word of God, but in the manner the Word is presented, they are not receiving what is actually being professed. And its not as people just leave the church, they leave the problems of the church, they take the pain of mismanagement of a misrepresented identity and carry those false representations of truth into their daily lives in all aspects. Relating the methods of failing spiritual life of those leaderships in a manner apart from God's true vision projected onto the life of the church at home. (Victims, stagnation, mismanagement)

I'm reminded of our promise to the church. It was not only the root of admission of the reality of Christ we have to encounter, but Jesus tells us our thriving spiritual life, and conquering mismanagement is setting forth the correct boundaries of an ethical kind, in conjunction with a divine ordinance- a protective combination to the life, wholeness and well being of the church- making the presentation and witness of that church, impervious to the minor defeats giving course to the major subversion God commissioned to which it serves to resist: With the rod of every provision of true reverence and authority in which His name is placed upon.

Matthew 16:18, "And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.

Look for these in a hyper-emotional church.
#Oppressed from processes it is creating #Blind to legitimate sources of contention  #Argumentative over matters prophetic, ultra-sensory warfare in which only a highly gifted elite can attain and hold claims grounded on pure speculation and human pride to assert control, all of which is not based on identity in Christ #ReligiousSpirit #Quenching The Spirit.

  • We must outgrow patterns of dysfunction and intentionally lean towards God's plan for us.
  • The church must acknowledge and address its problems to not become a haven for sin.
  • Willingness to change is necessary for growth and renewal in the church.
  • Drama, apathy, stagnation, and complacency are symptoms of drawing away from Christ's presence.
  • Ethics of leadership require openness, transparency, and integrity of information.
  • Love and power should be present in the presentation of information.
  • The church must combat false teachings and false moves of God.
  • We must not project our own misgivings and insecurities onto our audience.
  • A genuine move of God requires a hunger for God, fear of God, dependence, and personal authority.
  • A testimony of agreement to Biblical truth closes the door to compromise, idolatry, and fear.
  • The church must reclaim trust and establish boundaries to combat subversion.
  • The gift of prophecy is essential to the church and embodies the founding values of the Gospel Canon but according to scripture, serves to support a powerful orchestration of how eldership employs, and draws from divine power to build a thriving structure on New Covenant Fulfillment with spiritual gift, not to steer its vision, and provision among the body of Christ, into unethical broken reforms acting as a 'prophecy wing of divination' contrary to the grace of God.
